Shipping is very quick and requires light assembly. The previous issues of being hard to install the armrests have been addressed and longer screws are being included which makes installation easier. It's even easier if you use a screwdrivier with the hex bit, vs the allen key that's included.The quality of the chair is excellent and as others have noted, the cushions are a bit stiff. But it feels like it will soften nicely over time. The leather quality is excellent as well.Would not hesitate to buy again if I had to do it over.
