Definitely not the most comfortable, you can feel the metal underneath the cushion at times, but I've been using it for months and so far, it hasn't fallen apart!

    The chair is great for the value. No complaints except for the screws that attach the hardware. I was looking everywhere for them yet they were pre-screwed into the bottom of the chair. Also the box that it came in was destroyed and ripped open. However everything was intact and not damaged.

    I bought this chair a year ago for school. I initially thought it looked like a good chair for a good price, but it didn't take long for me to start complaining. The back of the chair is only supported by the plastic bottom, where it attaches to the seat. This makes it really flexible in the back and you are in a reclined position whenever you are sitting in it. The bottom of the seat is pretty firm and can get uncomfortable when sitting for long stretches, I don't mind this as it makes me stand and stretch every so often. One thing I dislike about the bottom is the slope it's on. The slope makes me feel like I'm going to slide off the chair and has resulted in my sitting with my legs up on the seat (not ergonomically). One last thing is that it creaks! Whenever I put weight against the back of the chair it creaks so loud and is an annoyance during online video sessions. All in all, I guess it's not a terrible chair for the price, but be prepared and forewarned that you are not going to love it and it is not going to be around for years. My advice for people looking to purchase a chair would be to buy one that the arms are attached to the back so they add extra support and help the chair keep its shape.

    I was looking at a computer chair that was going to be soft and supportive without being a huge expensive gaming chair. This is so lovely! The seat is wide and cushioned. The back is supportive, and allows good airflow. It was easy to assemble; initially I wasn't sure where to get the washers and screws, but then noticed they were lightly screwed into the seat which made it super easy to keep track of them. It did come with arms (a mistake?) so I simply didn't install them, but I guess it leaves the option open... not sure if that usually happens.

    I was doing a whole lot of research and as it turns out, chairs can be quite pricey. This chair is a pretty good chair. The seat cushion is fairly soft and the mesh is great for ventilation. The back has pretty decent support, could be better. But I'm not going to complain, because it has a great price tag. I have a little lower back pain sometimes, but it's not the chairs fault. I use a pillow now and may pick up one of those lower back cushions eventually. The arms of the chair work. I didn't get the adjustable ones and they're fine. All in all, I'm quite pleased. Basically, if you’re stuck, buy this chair. Or don’t, who am I? Your mom?!

    Took me 10-15 minutes to assemble. Quality material and love the big seat. Feels very sturdy and I’m no lightweight. Fabric on the seat is a bit slippy so that’s only reason for 4 stars in that category - as I have the chair on laminate floor, feels like a tries to run away from me when I sit down. I also tend to sit on the front of the seat more, so that could just be a Me thing. If you like to lean back, it’s fairly comfortable, but it does recommend not putting your full weight on it as it may cause stress on the back of the chair. Great office chair for reasonable price!

    It’s worth the buy. I’m 6 ft and I fit perfectly on the chair, don’t listen to anyone who’s saying it’s only for small people honestly. The set up was pretty simple although there were two screws which didn’t want to come out at all when I used a Philips head screwdriver so I had to use a flathead instead. I mean it’s annoying of course but the chair still came together and it’s comfortable and I feel little to absolutely no risk of it breaking down in the near future. It’s a bang for your buck in my opinion.

    I received this chair in quick order, and having assembled many before had little trouble putting it together. However, after assembly came the problem. The chair would not maintain its height setting no matter where you set it. I studied it, and comparing it to another similar chair in our computer room found that the handle that you use to raise and lower had no play in it what so ever. The other chairs you could wiggle the handle and lift on it to raise and lower. I went to the hardware store and purchased 8 steel washers about half inch in diameter and 1/16" thick and put two between the plastic plate for the tube attachment and the bottom of the chair seat at each bolt. The chair now works as it should. I went on the suppliers web site and advised them of this but heard nothing back to this point. It wasn't worth returning but I would think that they would want to respond to such a complaint.

    Nothing negative, works great, comfortable and was really easy to assemble. All the screws needed from the instructions are attached under the seat cushion, so just unscrew there, align the back and hydraulic arm and screw back in. Nice and easy.
