Q. Can I pick up my purchase instead of shipping it?
A. If you’re local to Ontario, Canada, and some areas in California USA, yes! We welcome pick-ups. However please note that due to the size of the products, they won’t fit in most cars.

Q. What types of payments do you accept?
A. We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), Bankcard, and direct deposit into our bank account, money order, personal or business cheque. All Cheque payments require 5 days to clear prior to shipment.

Q. It is safe to provide my credit card and personal information online?
A. It is absolutely safe to use your credit card on our website secured payment options.

Q. When will my order be invoiced?
A. Your order will be invoiced as soon as it has been placed.

Q. Do your products come ready-to-assemble?
A. In order to provide our customers with quality products at great prices, many items are ready-to-assemble. A large majority of hardwood home furnishings come flat-packed, for ease of transportation at reduced costs.

Q. Can replacement parts and hardware be purchased?
A. Replacement parts and hardware are available for purchase for certain products. Please contact us for additional information.


Q. Are the colors portrayed on the website accurate?
A. Our team works exceptionally hard to display product colors and textures accurately. However, relative inconsistencies may exist from one display monitor to another.


Shipping & Delivery

Q. Do you offer international shipping?
A. We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.


Q. How much are shipping fees?
A. All orders over $35 qualify for free shipping except few remote provinces in Canada.

Q. Are sales taxes charged on shipping fees?
A. Applicable provincial and federal sales taxes are applicable on delivery fees

Q. Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?
A. Given the nature of our product offerings, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Q. How can I modify or cancel my order?
A. Please contact us as soon as possible if you change your mind and decide to cancel or modify your order. We will be happy to provide you with suitable options based on the status of your order. Additional fees may apply to modifications being made to an order that has already been scheduled for delivery.
